The Utica Coffee Roasting commercial was created around their branding, “Wake the Hell Up.” The coffee cup pops to life and wakes up the sleepy customer in a original way.
The Utica Coffee Roasting coffee cup character was developed from scratch. It started as a sketch and then was modeled, textured, rigged, and then animated. Utica Coffee Roasting’s brand was always in mind while making aesthetic decisions on the character.
The commercial was animated using 3DS Max.
